Malinda Rearick

Malinda is the owner and director at the center. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been in a childcare setting for 7 years now, but has been working with kids for 17 years. She has 3 kids of her own that keep her busy when she isn't at the center. 

Brittney Baughman

Brittney is an Assistant Group Supervisor at the center, she has been working here for about a year and a half. She is working with our older two year olds and young three year olds. She has a bachelors of rehabilitative science and is a licensed practical nurse. She enjoys finding new engaging activities for our kiddos. She has a one year old daughter and an 11 year old step daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family on her off time. 

Leah Russell

Leah works in our Toddler groups. Leah has previously worked in a childcare center, so she has some experience. Not to mention the two little boys she is raising. She bring a nourishing environment to the children. Leah does great with coming up with fun activities for our children. 

 Caitlyn Shingler

Caitlyn has just recently joined our team but she has over 10 years of experience working with children. She has one child of her own named Kellin. She is working in our infant room, and does a great job of giving the babies the attention they need.

Jessica Sherbodndy

Jessica has come to us with previous childcare experience. She also has over 10 years of experience. Jessica works with our toddler groups. She does a great job coming up with crafts for the children to do. She has 3 daughters of her own at home. 

Ashley  Wise 

Ashley has previous experience in childcare. She works great with all the different ages of children. She has three children of her own. She  brings a fun and caring energy to every class she works in. 

Megan Stevens

Megan works with our infants and toddlers. She comes up with great activities to help with motor skills for the children. She has two children of her own. She brings a soft, loving atmosphere to every room she is in.

Megan Zahren

Megan recently started working here at the Learning Treehouse. She works in all of our age groups. She thinks of fun engaging activities for our kids.

Meghan McGee

Meghan is our summer help she is currently enrolled in college for an education degree. She really likes working with our younger age kids but can work with any age child. 

Saleen Birchbichler

Saleen just previously started working with us. She works really well in our toddler classrooms. Saleen has two children of her own.
